1. Let’s find out who you are.

Before we do anything else, we need to get to know you. What is your brand? What is your vision? Your Mission? We want to know what makes your brand, product, or service different from the rest of your competitors and we want to know what your goals are for the future.

In this step we will have a number of questions for you to answer. The level of questioning depends on your goals and your level of establishment (are you just now starting your business or do you need help getting to the next level?).

2. Establish measurement and analysis tools.

The next step is to set up proper tools for measuring the success of our efforts. The more historic data you have for your business in terms of digital success the better.

Our main tools here include Google Analytics, KISS Metrics software, Heat Mapping, and Lead Pages. If you already use any of these tools we’ll be off to a good start!

3. Analyze, and connect your current digital outlets.

You may already have everything you need to get more traffic to your digital hub. If so, that’s awesome! We want to dive in to each of your existing outlets and see what has been working well and what hasn’t. As with measurement and analytics, the the more history the better. Once we have everything you’ve been working on we can do our best to properly connect all of them.

If you don’t have any existing Social Media outlets, blog, videos, or other content types there’s no need to worry. After all, that’s why you’re here!

4. Formulate a plan.

This is where we really get the ball rolling. In this step we take everything that we’ve learned about your brand, product, or service and we come up with a strategy for your success. We’ve created countless plans for growth for many different business types.

These plans are like snowflakes: many may look similar but we can assure you that no two are exactly the same. Every business is unique no matter how you look at it. As such, the design for each business’ success should be unique.

5. Execute this awesome plan.

What’s the old aphorism? The road to hell is paved with good intentions. There’s so many ways we could say, “execution is everything” but there’s only way to prove it: action.

In this step we take our plan and we put it to work. Each piece is carefully put into action and made a reality. From here we have something to measure. Exciting!

6. Monitor, measure, and evaluate results/data.

If you’re not Measuring you’re not Marketing. That’s the truth! This means that once we have our plan in action and the ball is rolling we need to evaluate the data that we’ve collected and allow it to tell us something.

How do we look into the data? With the software and tools we set up in step 2! This is well designed software that we have over 5 years of  experience working with. Therefore, we know how to dive in to the data and really find out what’s working well and what’s not. That leads us to the next step…

7. Build upon what works!

Now that we’ve figured out what works we have only one thing left to do (well, not really): repeat and reiterate! Technically, this process can last until the time. After all, in order to be the best you have to continually improve. That’s exactly what we do. We take what your audience is loving and we create more of it, optimize it, and make it work for your brand, product, or service.
